Release

- removed wall jump mechanic that wasn't intended but bundled with gdevelop platformer behavior

- created all levels

PS the wall jump mechanic hasn't been hard coded out, just made difficult in a non-communicated way and it's required knowledge to beat the game (Level 4 I believe).
